If your order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to request a return (if eligible).

3. Custom or Final Sale Items

Please note that customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
