Cancellation Policy

At Alistam, we understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders due to various reasons. That’s why we have a cancellation policy in place to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our team.

Cancellation requests can be made by emailing our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days, so if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full. Refunds are typically processed within 6-13 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by refusing delivery when it arrives. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund minus any shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the product price.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be intercepted or rerouted. If you need to change the shipping address or any other details about your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We do not offer order modifications, exchanges, or returns for reasons other than damage or defects. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
