5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.


6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.


7. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns due to change of mind or for personalized items are not accepted.

8. How do I request a refund?
