Return Policy

Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that the item(s) are not lost or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging. If the item(s) meet our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 6-13 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. 

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the USA, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs or duties fees. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional customs or duties fees. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that the item(s) are not lost or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
