Shipping Information
We ship from the USA to customers worldwide. Our shipping times and fees are as follows:
- Processing Time: Our processing time is 2-4 business days, meaning that it takes us up to 4 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
- Shipping Time: Our shipping time varies depending on your location. If you are located in the USA, you can expect to receive your order within 5-6 business days after it has been shipped. If you are located outside of the USA, you can expect to receive your order within 16-21 business days after it has been shipped.
- Shipping Fee: We offer free shipping for customers located in the USA. For customers located outside of the USA, the shipping fee is $12.95.
Please note that our business days are Monday through Saturday. Any orders placed after our cut-off time of 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 35 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 6-13 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
