Ordering

1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting our website, selecting the desired product, choosing size and quantity, and proceeding to checkout to complete payment and shipping details.

2. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We are unable to modify orders once placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

We ship orders worldwide from our warehouse in the USA.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 5–6 business days after shipment
  • International: 16–21 business days after shipment

3. How much does shipping cost?

  • USA: Free shipping
  • International: $12.95 flat rate

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 35 days of receipt if they are in original condition and packaging.

Cancellations

2. Can I cancel part of my order?
Partial cancellations are not supported. If needed, you can cancel the entire order and place a new one with the items you want.
