At Alistam, we want to ensure a clear and fair return process for our customers. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 35 days from the receipt date.

- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns may be rejected if items are worn, washed, altered, or not in resalable condition.
Final Sale items are non-returnable.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Alistam is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and approved.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 6–13 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 35 days of receipt. We will review your case and provide instructions for a return or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
7. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or duties fees.
- Clearly mark the return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid unnecessary charges.
- Alistam is not responsible for lost or damaged international returns.
