1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” (if stated on product page)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@alistam.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Please wait for authorization before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive the item
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains missing items, notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund as necessary.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
